Om Parkash (my Dad) and Joginder Kaur (my Mum).

My dad used to run a successful business in India years ago, but unfortunately, that crashed due to his kind nature and good heart. My Dad always helps people fight the system and is an advocate for those who cannot fight for themselves.

I remember my Dad paying for so many people's funeral expenses that he cannot remember the number of people he has supported. He is so famous in our area back in India as a social worker that I had to drive 8 to 10 km to buy myself some smokes so he doesn’t find out. But he would always end up finding out

After my Dad’s first business crashed, my other superhero (my mum) helped him start a grocery shop. My mother grew up as a countryside girl and is the daughter of farmers, so she is tough and resilient and doesn’t give up easily. Together, they both now run a successful grocery shop business in India.

Both Mum and Dad have over 45 years of experience and good knowledge of all the Indian spices, and they have been instrumental in assisting me to create Paajis Chai blend. I am thankful and grateful to my parents for who they are and their input into my life
